OPTIONAL ACCIDENTAL WARRANTY COVERAGE

This was an option during the checkout process. If you purchased this, your pedal is protected against damage even if it is your fault (besides liquid damage!) for 1 year. Drop it out the window of your private jet? No problem! Just quickly land, recover the pedal, send it back to us, and you’ll get a new one!

LIMITED MANUFACTURER DEFECT WARRANTY

All pedals are covered by a warranty from manufacturer defects. It’s really unlikely that this will come up, but we wanted to offer it anyway. Basically if your pedal has a fault that inhibits its function, you can send it back to us and we will repair or replace it. This lasts for 1 year.

HOW DO I MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

For either kind of claim, you can contact us at warranty@horizondevices.com. Please have your name, shipping address including phone number, product name, product serial number, order number (or receipt if purchased from a dealer), and a detailed description of the problem ready.

 


 

THE LEGAL STUFF

Horizon Devices will repair or replace, at its discretion, defective workmanship or materials on all new Horizon Devices products directly or through the selling dealer, for one year from the date of purchase, at no cost to the original purchaser. Repair or replacement parts installed will then be warrantied for the unexpired portion of the original warranty term.

This warranty does not cover shipping costs, product appearance, or damages caused by accident, abuse, alteration, or misuse.

Warranty form must be properly filled out with all personal and order info so that your purchase can be confirmed.

Please allow 4 weeks for warranty service.
